Leather articles are designed in collaboration with clients, who indicate the features they require using the digital design templates on our specialist software; the data is then passed on to the next phase of production which is carried out using modern cutting machinery. This guarantees accurate, precision processing with maximum savings on leather, which can be as much as 8-10%.
Next comes the sewing phase where the article is first assembled and test-covered to determine the finishing details and eliminate any imperfections, then finally fixed in place with single or double stitching, or various types of decorative stitching. We take great care in upholstering and finishing the article, and it is then packaged ready for despatch. Every phase of production is carried out professionally by our trained, highly-qualified staff.
